Look for signs of human life even in the most functional, technical or industrial spaces.

Every time I walk through the moveable, concertina bridge - a jet bridge - between an airport and it's plane, I always find a different object resting there. This time, if you look carefully, you'll see a wifi code reminder.

These small objects tell you about the people who work there to make it all happen. They work all hours, they drink coffee, go online, read and eat and leave again.

Be aware of what is around you and what it can tell you about what happens there.
