About Riut

In 2014 Sarah Giblin founded Riut to turn urban backpacks around and make travel safer for people around the world. As a one-person startup she created the RiutBag with the help of 2,500 Kickstarter backers. She continues to design every part of the RiutBag, and checks each one individually before it leaves the factory.

Refund policy summary

Return unused Riut products within 14 days for full refund of the product and delivery cost. Return unused Riut products within 30 days for full refund of product, but not delivery cost. You are responsible for the cost of returning products. If there is a manufacturing fault with your Riut product, it will be replaced or a full refund given at any time.
